Warranty Policy:
- Goods can be exchanged within a maximum of 3 days after receipt.
- Repair Guarantee: Goods can be repaired within a maximum of 7 days after receipt.
- Outside of this timeframe, we are ready to assist with any issues or repairs related to our products at a proportional cost.
How to Claim Warranty:
- The item must be in GOOD and CLEAN condition, with the HANG TAG still intact. We will not accept items with detached hang tags.
- Include an UNBOXING PACKAGE VIDEO (Without Editing or Cutting).
- Damages caused by the SHIPPING COMPANY will be claimed with the shipping company.
- Please refrain from making negative claims/reviews before confirming the issue.
- We are ready to assist with any questions and issues regarding our products.
