Waterproof means it’s not penetrable by water, and water repellant means to repel the water that contact with the fabric it self. Based on function itself, water repellant fabric doesn’t stand for high density rain/ water

The fabric it self is not quite breathable, but the design or the cutting of the jacket make it breathable
The outer fabric is Polyester polyurethane laminated/coated, except for summer label, using polyester DWR. The inner fabric is vary like cotton oxford, and mixed polyester fabric
